SHIPPING & RETURNS
We want you to love your products and feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will happily return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that due to the nature of our products and for safety reasons, we do not accept returns on salves, moisturizers, herbal teas or cleansing grains.
Buyer is responsible for paying for shipping costs on return item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited to refund amount.

Since we make our products in small batches we only have so many on hand. You may order an item that has not been made and will take a day or two to blend and package. We would much rather make less and run out than make more than we can sell. Products you buy from major manufacturers sit in a warehouse, are sent to distributors, then sit on store shelves for who knows how long. We like to do things a bit differently here. That's the beauty of small batches. You are getting a fresh product!
All items are shipped with recyclable packaging.
