RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your products and feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will happily return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.

Buyer is responsible for paying for shipping costs on return item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited to refund amount.

SHIPPING  

Since we make our products in small batches we only have so many on hand. You may order an item that has not been made and will take a day or two to blend and package. We would much rather make less and run out than make more than we can sell. Products you buy from major manufacturers sit in a warehouse, are sent to distributors, then sit on store shelves for who knows how long. We like to do things a bit differently here. That's the beauty of small batches. You are getting a fresh product!

If you have skin sensitivities and/or allergies please read the ingredients listed prior to purchasing and/or conduct a patch test. Eufloria Botanicals is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, and/or irritation. Please do not use our products if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients.

Herbal Tea
Please consult your doctor if you are on any medications, pregnant, nursing, or trying to become pregnant. All tea products are not intended to treat or cure any sickness or illness. Listen to your body. If you feel overly lethargic, nauseous, increased nervousness or unwell after drinking any of our herbal blends, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor.  

Prices may fluctuate in response to the herbal market cost increases and decreases. If the cost per ounce lowers, this will be reflected in our herbal blends. 

Many of our ingredients come from around the world. Locally sourced ingredients come first of course, but things like ashwagandha, valerian root, hibiscus, etc., are likely to be sourced from different countries. When orders are received they come in 1-10 pound bags and when they arrive to our business, each bag is emptied out and sorted through to ensure there is no non-herbal matter. Over the years working with herbs, we have found small rocks, twine, feathers, and on one rare 
occasion, a large solidified piece of naan bread. We do our best to sort out large stems and the aforementioned, but there may come a day that something gets passed us. Please understand that herbs are primarily hand-harvest and sorted through in foreign countries, and that sometimes a piece of nature may come tag along with your blend. As of today that has never happened, but this is a disclaimer page so it is worth mentioning. If you find any foreign matter in your order, please reach out to eufloriabotanica@gmail.com we will gladly replace it.
